First Born
Don Wobber lives and works
in Pacific Grove, California, within earshot of the sea. Uniquely,
his medium is Monterey nephrite jade, which he harvests from beneath
the frigid waters off the Big Sur Coast, 65 miles south of his home.
If you’re on the Monterey
Peninsula, visit Don Wobber’s jade sculptures at the Pacific
Grove Museum of Natural History and The
Barnyard Shopping Center at the mouth of Carmel Valley.
Better yet, make an appointment
to visit Don’s studio and gallery by calling (831) 646-9972
or email him at donwobber@hotmail.com
