Bio:

Leticia Luna was born in Mexico City in 1965. She is the author of Hora Lunar (1999) and El amante y la espiga (2003), as well as the co-editor of Trilogía poética de las mujeres en hispanoamérica (2004). In the US, Toshiya Kamei has placed translations of her poems in Visions International, The Dirty Goat, and Illuminations.

Toshiya Kamei is the translator of The Curse of Eve and Other Stories, forthcoming from Host Publications, and an MFA student in translation at the University of Arkansas. Kamei's translations have appeared in Burnside Review, International Poetry Review, Concho River Review, and elsewhere.
