Accept Impermanence

Spiraling through the vicissitudes of life
Riding the moment, learning to let go
Trust in yourself and destiny
The struggle helps us grow.

Releasing energy and emotions
With laughter and tears
Radiating from the heart, we are human
Free of doubts and fears.

Accept impermanence
Flow with the river of life
Strength and knowledge are the gifts
Shining through the strife.

The world is the mirror
Reflecting what we do
Face it happy and positive
It is the catalyst, the glue.

On the journey through time and space
Things don’t always seem fair or right
Keep moving and the darkness
Will eventually turn to light.
